Incubation Facilities
The following services are available to companies located at the RDC, Dundalk:
General Receptionist Service.
- Access to in-house ‘GP’ Mentoring as well as to the Novation Mentor Panel
- Use of Meeting Rooms with Audio Visual Equipment (OHP, TV, Video). Access to Photocopying, Laser Printing and Fax (usage charged separately at cost).
- E-mail and Internet Access (A set-up and hardware cost and usage restriction will apply)
- Full 'a la carte' Broadband. WiFi also available
- Direct international telephone dial facilities with direct line in and voicemail facilities. (Telephone costs charged separately on a usage basis).
- Access to Institute facilities & equipment by arrangement
- Servery/Coffee Dock (opened 10am-2pm, Mon-Fri)
- Advice/assistance with R&D projects and accessing information or funding sources.
- Assistance with Report preparation, binding, etc.
- Access/membership of Library, including Information Service for companies (cost for use of charged Databases and external Inter Library loans will be passed on to the user at cost).
- Postal services & secure individual post-boxes.
- Access to coffee/tea/beverage facilities.
- Access to Institute staff dining areas & RDC Servery for morning coffee and lunch.
